常见问题

我的数据存在哪里？
默认只在您的 iPhone 上。开启 iCloud 自动备份后，备份文件存在您自己的 iCloud 云盘「Life Milestone」文件夹里。我们没有服务器，看不到您的任何数据。

换手机了怎么恢复？
在旧手机上开启 iCloud 自动备份（或在「设置与数据备份」里导出备份文件）。新手机安装后，首屏会出现「从 iCloud 恢复」；也可以在设置里导入备份文件。

AI 功能需要付费吗？
不需要。支持 Apple 智能的设备直接使用设备端模型；其他设备使用本机规则生成，也可以在「设置 → AI 助手」接入您自己的 API Key。

「健康」同步会上传我的数据吗？
不会。只读取运动距离和步数，用来推进您添加的阶梯，数据只在手机上使用。

怎么删除全部数据？
「我 → 设置与数据备份 → 清空所有数据」，或直接删除 App。iCloud 里的备份文件可以在「文件」App 里删除。

FAQ

Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone by default. With iCloud backup on, backup files live in the “Life Milestone” folder of your own iCloud Drive. We run no servers and can't see your data.

How do I move to a new phone?
Turn on iCloud backup on the old phone (or export a backup file in Settings & Backup). On the new phone, the first screen offers “Restore from iCloud”, or you can import the file in Settings.

Do the AI features cost anything?
No. Devices with Apple Intelligence use the on-device model; others use built-in rules, and you can connect your own API key in Settings › AI Assistant.

Does Apple Health sync upload my data?
No. The app reads distances and steps only to move your ladders, and the data stays on your phone.

How do I delete all my data?
Me › Settings & Backup › Erase All Data, or delete the app. iCloud backup files can be removed in the Files app.
